Shipping policy
Being a small business, managed and operated by a one-woman army, I try to get orders shipped out as soon as I can however, on average, shipping is mostly done twice a week, except Sunday & Public holidays. Shipping is through India Post and ShipRocket.

What are the shipping rates?
Customers can avail of flat rate shipping for the countries listed above.
The shipping rates below have been revised as per the latest estimates on Apr 15, 2026.
For US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand orders:
Tracked shipping (inclusive of any duties/VAT): $8.50
For South East Asia orders:
Tracked shipping: $7.50
For EU orders:
Tracked shipping (covers VAT): $9.50
How do you ship?
All orders are sent through India Post or Shiprocket (an India-based shipping aggregator).
Sticker orders below $40 from the following countries can opt for letter mail (no tracking):

PLEASE NOTE: In case you do not receive your letter mail order for more than 8 weeks after dispatch, I will re-attempt to send it only once again via letter mail. So please be sure that your address/location receives letter mail before opting for this shipping method.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Processing times are 2-5 working days.
In the case of tracked mail:
Shipping time for domestic orders: 3-7 working days
Shipping time for international orders: 10-25 working days
In the case of limited tracking mail/registered letter post:
Shipping time for domestic orders: 7-10 working days
Shipping time for international orders: 21-45 working days
If the order size is large, the shipment may be sent as multiple shipments.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you have received the product in a bad condition, please e-mail me at chaioverdose.studio@gmail.com with photographs and a written description of the package condition. Please mention your Order ID as well. I will replace the purchased items or provide a refund in the case of original artworks.
What if I don't receive my product?
If you do not receive your order within 60 working days of placing the order, please email us at chaioverdose.studio@gmail.com or reach out to us through our contact form. Untracked letter mail will be replaced the first time.
If you did not receive the package due to incorrect address ( i.e you placed the order and did not double-check or reach out to me (and I have already shipped the package), you will need to reorder.
What about customs, duties, VAT, etc?
We offer DDP shipping to the US and Canada, which means tariff payment is included in the shipping fee, and we offer VAT-covered tracked shipping for the EU and UK. Any other local fees and duties are not covered.
