Refund policy


All sales are final. We do not provide returns and/or exchanges. In case of shipping damage, or if you do not receive the package after the notified waiting period, we will provide a partial to a full refund, or a replacement, based on a case-to-case basis.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your concern, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will take 5-7 working days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements

We do not provide replacements unless the package did not reach you within the stipulated/notified wait period. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you, may vary. For letter mail, replacement orders will be sent only ONCE in case the original order does not reach you after 8 weeks.
